Job descriptionCurrent California Nurse Practitioner license Current DEA licensure Active CPR Certification Must have 3 years of recent primary care experience Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results Complete annual wellness exams in office and occasional home visits Perform therapeutic procedures with prioritizing preventative care Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy

Job Description
A Los Molinos, California based clinic is searching for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about improving individual and community health. An ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced NP who is comfortable seeing all ages. This NP will be the sole provider and should have 3 years of experience at a minimum to apply.
