Position Overview
Are you a motivated, energetic individual, ready to build a meaningful and rewarding career? We are seeking a Sales Representative / Account Manager Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will :
Develop new business by prospecting, lead generation, and outreachCultivate relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate insurance and financial productsMeet and exceed sales goals and quotasLearn to market property & casualty, life, health, and banking productsCollaborate directly with our agency leadership and experienced team membersAssist with marketing efforts and community-based eventsGain hands-on exposure to agency operations, licensing, and business logisticsThis position is ideal for someone who wants to learn, grow, and eventually lead or run their own book of business within the insurance / financial services industry.
What We Offer
Compensation : Base salary plus commission / bonus structure. Youre energetic, ambitious, and ready to invest in your professional futureOutgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, listening, written)Comfortable in a sales environment, goal-oriented, and self-motivatedWillingness to learn licensing and compliance requirements for insurance and financial productsTechnologically savvy (familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, digital outreach)Ability to manage time, follow processes, and stay organizedBilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus, but not requiredQualifications
College degree or equivalent experience preferredPrior sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is a plusWillingness to pursue property & casualty and life & health licensing (if not already licensed)Valid drivers license and reliable transportationSchedule & Office Hours
Office hours are MondayThursday 9 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM , Friday 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM , and Saturday by appointment onlySome evening or weekend may be required for outreach events or client appointmentsFlexibility and dedication are keyApply
