H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking an IT / Business Framework Specialist to support the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation (PBGC) Enterprise Governance Department in Washington, DC. The IT / Business Framework Specialist will lead the IT Governance Framework Modernization effort. This is a hybrid position within the National Capital Region.

The IT / Business Framework Specialist responsibilities will include :

• Project Management
• Requirements Discovery and Analysis
• IT Governance Framework Development
• Training and Socialization Development
• Agile Development and DevSecOps Alignment

Required Education :

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college / university or certified in one of the following areas :

Enterprise IT Governance

Required Qualifications / Certifications :

Minimum of five (5) years IT Management Experience

(1) Enterprise IT Governance; (2) IT Solution Lifecycle Management; (3) DevSecOps; (4) Agile Development; (5) Cloud-based IT Governance

Minimum of five (5) years direct experience leading development and implementation of an end-to-end and comprehensive IT solution lifecycle management plan
