Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow the firm’s tax function, ensuring top-tier client service and compliance.

Deliver tax advisory and compliance for corporations, partnerships, and other entities.

Act as a strategic advisor on structuring, transactions, and planning.

Collaborate with accounting and FP&A teams to integrate tax solutions seamlessly.

Implement consistent processes, leverage automation, and drive operational efficiency.

Mentor and build a strong internal tax team.

Identify and develop new revenue opportunities and client relationships.

Qualifications

Active CPA license (U.S.) required.

10+ years of progressive experience in business taxation (public or private).

Expertise in partnership and corporate tax, ideally across multiple industries.

Proven experience managing teams and leading engagements.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution and growth.
