Works under the direction of the Principal to support the core educational program of the school with relation to counseling, guidance and student discipline. Provides social / emotional support, coordinates the integration of mental health and related services. Performs other duties as needed.

EXPERIENCE :

Effective professional educational experience

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to organize and implement accurate detailed records systems

Knowledge of effective guidance techniques including group and individual guidance
