The ideal candidate is highly skilled in multiple specialties, comfortable in a fast-paced surgical environment, and ready to step into a dynamic trauma setting. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care for surgical patients in a Level 1 trauma OR. Circulate for a variety of surgical cases including general, trauma, robotics, ortho, spine, neuro, ENT, plastics, and GYN. Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. Adhere to all infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards. Participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience in an acute hospital setting. Level 1 trauma center experience required. Required specialties : General Surgery Robotics (DaVinci & Mako Ortho) Urology ENT Neuro (cervical fusion, lumbar laminectomy) Plastics (abdominoplasty, breast augmentation) GYN Ortho (total knees and total hips – anterior and posterior approach) Preferred : Travel experience, Epic, SurgiCount, and TECSYS experience. Certifications : BLS (AHA) required. License : Active CT RN license.
