What do we need?

We are seeking confident sales staff members with customer service backgrounds. Planet Hyundai is doing business differently regarding our sales practice. We are a negotiation free dealership making the sales process very easy. We have a 2.5-week training program to teach you our process which means experience is not necessary. We have a mentor program after class to ease any new employee into the industry with confidence. We have found customer service backgrounds to be highly effective in the auto industry. We offer a $24000.00 base salary plus bonuses for success. Our Sales Consultants average $60,000.00 to $100,000.00, with a potential to make over $100,000.00 annually.

  • Paid State of Colorado Salesperson Licenses and bonding
  • Ability to sell Honda, Hyundai and Genesis, as well as pre-owned vehicles

  • Selling products and services
  • Challenging opinions and overcoming customer objections and obstacles
  • Influencing and persuading the attitudes and opinions of others
  • Commit to gaining knowledge of product and services
  • Reach out to perspective customers and follow up with existing customers
  • Providing services, support and information verbally, by telephone or other communication sources
  • Frequently meeting and interacting with a variety of customers, developing personal, trusting relationships
  • Representing yourself and the Company well with new customers
  • Collecting and analyzing information
  • Being responsible for quality of work
  • Maintaining continuity of normal work flow despite interruptions
  • Identify opportunities for personal growth and collaborate with team leader
  • Consistently carrying out the directions of supervision
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve situations
  • Ongoing training for industry and Manufacturer products
  • Following an organized process, working comfortably with established routines and procedures
  • Protect the organizational integrity at all times
  • Protect the organization from risk
