POSITION SUMMARY :

WorkforceGo, a Human Capital Management Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, is seeking a client and partner focused, highly energetic, and experienced Partner Experience Specialist to join our Product Experience team. The Partner Experience Specialist will oversee the management of multiple Partner client implementations. In this role, the Partner Experience Specialist will provide operational guidance overseeing every deliverable of the assigned implementation projects, as well as complete non-core module projects on behalf of the Partner. To ensure success as a Partner Experience Specialist, there will be a requirement for a significant understanding of business strategy, product knowledge, project deliverables, and practical experience in project strategy.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : (Core Competencies)

IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING & STRATEGY : Assist partners with project implementation plans and strategies, including setup, resource allocation, and timeline management to meet implementation deadlines. (Advanced)

OPERATION OVERSIGHT : Oversee and direct partners and their project operations to ensure successful project implementations. (Advanced)

STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION : Act as a liaison between Partners and WorkforceGo stakeholders to communicate project statuses, discuss objectives, and ensure alignment with project requirements. (Advanced)

ISSUE RESOLUTION & PROBLEM SOLVING : Identify, analyze, report on, and assist Partners with resolving project issues. (Advanced)

DOCUMENTATION & PROCESS MANAGEMENT : Ensure all project and implementation documents are fully gathered from Partners and are accurately maintained, updated, and accessible in WFG’s systems. (Intermediate)

IMPLEMENTATION EXECUTION : Complete non-core module implementations on behalf of the Partner, as well as assist the Product Experience Team with direct client projects as needed. (Advanced)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :

PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE : Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead and direct multiple projects effectively from start to finish. (Advanced)

BUSINESS STRATEGY & OPERATIONAL KNOWLEDGE : Strong understanding of business operations, project strategy, and budget planning, with an ability to align project goals with organizational objectives. (Advanced)

ANALYTICAL & STRATEGIC THINKING : Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply strategic thinking to assess project needs, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions. (Advanced)

COMMUNICATION & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS : Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships, manage client interactions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. (Advanced)

PROBLEM-SOLVING & ADAPTABILITY : Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changes in project requirements, timelines, or resource availability. (Intermediate)

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY : Familiarity with enterprise applications, web technologies, SaaS solutions, and proficiency in report-writing and presentation tools. (Advanced)

ORGANIZATIONAL & MULT-TASKING SKILLS : Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. (Intermediate)

TEAM COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP SKILLS : Experience in managing and directing cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving results through effective collaboration and leadership. (Advanced)

Ability to travel, ideally once per year

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE :

EDUCATION :

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.

EXPERIENCE :

5+ years of relevant previous work experience in project management and consulting role, ideally within HCM, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions is required.

Professional experience with exposure to one or more of the following disciplines : consulting, strategic planning, and / or project management.

Note : The pay rate for this position is set at $65,000.00 annually, plus bonus potential.
