The Opportunity

As the Senior Marketing AI Enablement and Change Manager you will be a critical member of the new Marketing AI Spoke team. This is a role for a passionate advocate who understands that successful technology adoption is a human challenge as much as a technical one. Your primary mission is to foster a culture of AI fluency across the marketing organization by building comprehensive training programs, developing a shared knowledge base, and celebrating success stories. You will be the first point of contact for marketers, empowering them to effectively use our new AI agents and workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Training & Development : Design and implement a comprehensive training program to educate marketing teams on new AI tools and workflows, from introductory workshops to advanced best practices.
  • Knowledge Management : Create and manage a centralized knowledge base of playbooks, templates, and documentation for all AI solutions.
  • Internal Communications : Design and execute internal communication plans to showcase AI success stories, share insights, and build momentum for new initiatives across all marketing functions.
  • User Support : Act as a first-line support contact for marketing teams, providing guidance and troubleshooting to ensure seamless and effective use of AI agents.

    Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.     The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between : $165,000—$248,000 USD

    Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.     The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between : $147,000—$221,000 USD
