What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
Proposal Development
Lead the full proposal lifecycle—from initial strategy to final delivery—in response to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
Content Creation
Collaborate with technical experts, project managers, and business developers to write, edit, and tailor persuasive content that clearly articulates our value proposition.
Quality Assurance
Manage proposal templates, maintain a consistent voice, coordinate graphics / visuals, and enforce quality standards to ensure all submissions are flawless and delivered on time.
Marketing & Business Development Support
Develop and maintain professional marketing materials (project sheets, corporate brochures, presentations).
Digital Presence
Support the management of the company website and social media channels to align with corporate messaging and marketing campaigns.
Event Coordination
Assist with planning and coordinating company events, trade shows, and other business development initiatives.
Requirements
A / E / C Industry Experience – 2+ years of dedicated proposal and marketing experience within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (A / E / C) industry.
Exceptional Communicator – Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively with advanced editing and proofreading skills and an acute eye for detail.
Highly Organized – Track record of meeting strict deadlines and managing multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Technical Proficiency – Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Team Player – Positive attitude, willingness to collaborate, and proactive approach to tackling new challenges.
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field preferred; relevant professional experience considered.
