Project Manager (Dayton)

We've partnered with a $100M steel erector company looking to hire a Sr Project Manager / Estimator in either Dayton, OH, or Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities :

• Review construction bid documents.
• Calculate the values of administration, procurement, materials, equipment, and material installation.
• Evaluate bid specifications and drawings.
• Follow up with general contractors.
• Lead, direct, and coordinate daily project management.
• Set up job reports for cost analysis and help facilitate job completion.
• Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage project management constraints (cost, time, scope, quality, etc.).
