• Conduct physical examinations and assess medical histories to ensure donor suitability\n
• Build positive relationships with donors for enhanced satisfaction\n
• Maintain confidentiality for donors and staff\n
• Educate donors about health and address unacceptable test results\n
• Manage donor injuries and adverse reactions\n
• Assist with staff training and administer employee Hepatitis Vaccine program\n\nQualifications\n\nMust be a licensed RN, LPN, or LVN in your state with current CPR certification and a high school diploma or GED.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 4 hours)\n
• Frequent hand and arm movements\n
• Light lifting (up to 50 lbs) and some bending\n
• Clear vision and hearing for effective communication\n\nWork Environment\n\nThis position includes exposure to biological materials and requires personal protective equipment.
