Job Overview :
As a Field Engineer, you will coordinate manpower, manage on-site materials, logistics, tools, and rental equipment, and assist with field workers' certification management. Your responsibilities will include ensuring quality assurance and quality control documentation, managing field training, and maintaining the most current project documents. You'll coordinate with subcontractors, assist with daily activities, and participate in project scheduling meetings. Additionally, you will handle safety documentation, material takeoffs, change management, and creating and managing production goals for field staff. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the seamless operation of our field activities and project success.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Required Excellent communication and organization skills, the ability to be a team player and detail oriented are required. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is also required. Experience in Construction Management or Field, knowledge of electrical systems and their components, and the ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications are necessary.
