Job descriptionBachelor’s degree. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP Controlling focusing on Product Costing, including experience with Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order production strategies; deep knowledge of Overhead Cost Accounting, Integrated Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, Universal Allocations; proficiency in integration with SAP modules (Material Management, Production Planning, Financial Accounting); exposure to other FICO modules preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream with a hybrid onshore / offshore delivery model desirable. Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and ability to deliver complex reporting requirements; knowledge of Product Costing leading practices and cross-country requirements. Proficiency with one or more S4HANA SAP FICO, PP or MM modules; ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues; experience developing functional specifications; strong system configuration experience; relationship management and negotiation skills. Prior consulting industry experience; SAP Certification(s). P_S4FIN SAP Certified Professional - Financials in SAP S / 4HANA; experience with at least three full cycle implementations. Additional SAP Finance certificates and cross-functional leadership experience. Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
- Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management; oversee teams and ensure billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients. Travel may be required based on client needs.
