A company is looking for a Senior Claims Examiner (Final Expense).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the adjudication of complex or contested life insurance claims

Conduct thorough investigations of policy applications and related documentation

Train and mentor associates in complex claims handling and best practices

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in life insurance claims examination or adjudication

Proven ability to adjudicate complex claims and exercise independent settlement authority

Strong understanding of life insurance products and regulatory requirements

Experience leading or mentoring claims examiners or associates

Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM / claims management platforms
