Electrical Engineer

This position will play an integral role in new electronic module development, design processes and quality / reliability implementation. Works closely with a cross-functional team to ensure electronics design is seamlessly integrated with LED modules targeted for luminaire systems. Responsible for appropriately securing Intellectual Property for our company while concurrently developing technical relationships with key suppliers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Lead integration of electronics within our evolving module portfolio
• Create industry-leading, scalable electronic designs with flexible features at cost-appropriate levels
• Develop, grow, and sustain key technical partnerships with electronic assembly suppliers
• Oversight of both design-build and build-to-print relationships
• Integrate innovative electronic controls and communication into LED systems
• Participate in developing a robust module design process, including quality and reliability objectives
