AERMOR is seeking an Operations Manager III to serve as a senior-level operations leader responsible for managing and coordinating the strategic and day-to-day activities of an organizational branch, department, or operational unit. The individual will oversee the execution of operational goals, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement through effective planning, policy development, and organizational leadership. This position requires demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, performance management, and guiding major organizational change initiatives.
This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate operational strategies, goals, and activities across departments or business units.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and organizational performance.
- Support the development of corporate strategic plans that align with mission objectives and long-term goals.
- Lead organizational performance management initiatives, including establishing metrics, monitoring outcomes, and reporting progress.
- Oversee resource planning, workload distribution, and process improvement to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Coordinate and guide major organizational change management efforts, including communication, implementation, and employee engagement strategies.
- Assist with the review and evaluation of organizational governance structures to support mission success and accountability.
- Analyze operational data, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions to leadership.
- Provide senior-level leadership, mentorship, and supervision to staff, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve coordinated, results-driven operations.
Qualifications :
Seven (7) years of experience in operations management, coordination, and strategic planning.Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of organizational policies, practices, and procedures.Proven ability to lead performance improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.Experience in at least one of the following areas : Development of corporate strategic plans, development of organizational performance management plans, development of organizational governance structures, or leading significant organizational change management efforts.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency with data analysis and performance management tools.Powered by JazzHR
