Job descriptionEnsure timesheets are accounted for each week by way of systematic collections & Assist with routine audits of external systems ensuring data integrity & accuracy. Provide timekeeping / system-related support to OPS’ internal staff, contingent workforce, Maintain timely & clear communication practices with stakeholders across business units & Support internal stakeholder fulfillment of ad hoc data requests. Configuration of system settings for incoming & transferring resources. Maintain scheduled reporting and adhering to company deadlines. Intermediate Excel skills (sorting / filtering, pivot tables, XLOOKUP / SUMIFS). Experience with other Microsoft 365 applications (OneDrive, Outlook, Word). Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service mindset. Ability to organize work and manage competing priorities. Detail orientation, strong follow-through, and comfort juggling multiple requests. Strong sense of ownership, process-improvement mindset, positive attitude, and team Enjoy working in a team environment with exposure to a widely distributed workforce Familiarity with ATS / CRM such as Bullhorn Staffing. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 1+ years of related job experience preferred. 1+ years of Excel experience required.
Role Summary
An Operation Analyst will provide support to the OPS timekeeping and Shared Services organizations.
The primary function of this role will involve maintaining and improving upon the daily operations of
OPS’ timekeeping processes. This includes facilitating regular imports & audits, communicating with
both internal & external stakeholders, and analyzing large datasets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor shared timekeeping mailboxes, organize correspondence appropriately, and
respond / escalate within defined service standards.
imports / entry of timekeeping records from external systems.

resetting passwords, submitting / correcting / rejecting timesheets, and processing data
requests.
