Job descriptionActive NC or compact RN license required, Minimum of 2 years Labor & Delivery nursing experience, Current certifications in BLS, ACLS (AHA), and NRP required, Travel nursing experience preferred, Two professional references required for consideration, Travelers may be required to float within the hospital as needed, No previous or current employment at this facility is permitted for travelers, Assignment is fixed for 8 weeks with contract dates that cannot be adjusted, All candidates must complete lab work within 72 hours of signing the contract, Locals are accepted at the same rate as travelers,
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications, and Mother / Baby experience.
Job Details
- Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting,
- Care for laboring mothers and newborns with Mother / Baby crossover responsibilities,
- Typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 : 2,
- Day shifts, 3x12 hours (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM), with every other weekend required,
- Option to flex to a 4th shift if needed,
