The Opportunity :

Join us in tackling healthcare for rural America! We're seeking a Senior Provider Network Analyst who is passionate about having a positive societal impact and for using technology for good - solving issues of health inequity for communities that have been perennially underserved.

What You'll Do :

• Provider Network Insights :

Use medical claims, clinical, and operational data to provide recommendations for improving financial and operational performance for providers in our network.

Measure and report on provider-level performance and our Homeward provider product performance.

Deliver data and analytic products required to operate our provider network contracts

Build robust analytical infrastructure, including comprehensive reports and dashboards, to monitor provider network performance.

The base salary range for this position is $87,750 - $103,050. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, location, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Homeward Health. This role is eligible for an annual bonus, stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
