Japanese Translator

We’re looking for a bilingual professional fluent in Japanese and English who can serve as both a translator and a key support resource for our HR and front-office teams. This role goes beyond translation — you’ll play an important part in helping our employees communicate effectively while also assisting with day-to-day administrative and HR activities that keep the plant running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Translate written and spoken communication between Japanese and English for employees, managers, and groups

Proofread translated content to ensure accuracy in tone, grammar, and cultural meaning

Use translation tools and reference materials to maintain quality and consistency

Assist with employee onboarding, training sessions, and team communications

Provide HR support with confidential documentation, scheduling, and special projects

Handle administrative tasks including front desk coverage, mail distribution, and answering calls

Qualifications :

• Proven history as a translator, interpreter, or similar role
• Fluent in Japanese and English, technical terms required
• preferred 5+ years of manufacturing experience
