We’re Symmetry Anesthesia — a physician- and CRNA-led group built on mutual respect, clinical excellence, and a shared commitment to doing things differently. We’re looking for Anesthesiologists to work in our Baylor Scott & White facilities.

$540,000 Base Salary

What You’ll Do

Practice advanced, patient-centered anesthesia care

Lead a collaborative team with CRNAs and the periop team to ensure smooth, efficient care.

Help us keep improving—we’re always open to new ideas.
