Xylem's Regional Technical Service Manager oversees and coordinates a broad range of service operations across sales offices, distributors, representatives, and authorized service centers for all Xylem Services brands. This role provides strategic and operational support to direct branches and channel partners throughout the Gulf Coast region, including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and East Tennessee, ensuring consistent service excellence and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will reside in the Gulf coast region.

Day In The Life :
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend and move about the facility or customer job site. Regularly required to listen, talk to, and see employees and customers on a daily basis. General office environment and use of phone and computer equipment. Travel as required to fulfill the duties listed above or as required by the company. Standard weekly job hours : 40 hours.
Salary :
The estimated salary range for this position is $72,300 to $95,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
