About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Subscriptions to take on a pivotal role in leading the strategic and operational aspects of its subscription businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full subscription lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, and will own the P&L, driving growth and optimizing key financial KPIs. As the Head of Subscription, the Senior Director will be at the forefront of driving experimentation across various monetization strategies and will be expected to lead cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of monetization touchpoints into the user experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing and executing across product, growth, engineering, and finance teams, and must be a strong communicator capable of balancing strategic thinking with tactical action. Domain expertise in areas such as fantasy sports, sports betting, or related consumer categories is essential, as is the ability to understand and leverage user behavior patterns for subscription growth.
