• Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and flexible

• Clinician / Therapist / Counselor
• to join our team on a
• PRN or part-time basis
• . This role is ideal for a professional looking to contribute to a mission-driven team while maintaining flexible availability.

PRN clinicians provide coverage and support when full-time staff are on vacation, out sick, or when additional help is needed for assessments (bios), group facilitation, or patient caseload support.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments for new admissions as needed.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions for assigned or covering caseloads.
• Provide individual therapy and case management support when covering or assisting clinical staff.
• Complete documentation and treatment updates in accordance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and care coordination teams to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Contribute to the facilitys mission of providing person-centered, high-quality treatment in a compassionate environment.
• Qualifications
• Active
• Pennsylvania license or certification
• required (LPC, LCSW, LSW, CADC, or CAADC).
• Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience working in
• inpatient or residential mental health and / or substance use settings
• strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, group facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented with the ability to step in as needed.
• Schedule & Environment
• PRN / Part-Time schedule varies based on coverage needs.
• Inpatient residential setting (detox & stabilization).
• Opportunities to work across both mental health and SUD tracks.
