As a Leasing Specialist at Zukin Realty, you’ll be the face of our company to tenants, guiding them through every step of the leasing process. You’ll manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for residents while keeping vacancy rates low. You’ll also help market available units, support our sales team, and represent Zukin Realty with professionalism in the community. This is a role where your work directly contributes to tenant satisfaction, community engagement, and team success.

Compensation : $45,000 - $55,000

Responsibilities :

  • Tenant Relations : Be the go-to person for your tenants, guiding them smoothly from move-in to move-out and responding quickly to any questions or concerns.
  • Leasing & Property Management : Lead property showings, handle applications, prepare leases, and manage renewals with efficiency and care.
  • Front Desk & Client Support : Welcome visitors, answer calls, and provide friendly, professional assistance to anyone who walks through our doors.
  • Marketing & Online Presence : Keep property listings up to date across digital platforms and work with the team to boost visibility.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration : Partner with the sales team, support office operations, and help foster a positive, energized workplace.
  • Growth & Learning : Stay informed on market trends, contribute ideas in team meetings, and continuously seek ways to improve processes.

    • Qualifications :

  • 3–5 years of experience in residential rentals, leasing, or property management preferred (but not required).
  • Ability to work independently and think ahead.
  • Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with marketing and social media skills.
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-oriented.
