Responsibilities :

• Meet membership sales goals : Sell monthly memberships to help the spa thrive.
• Manage front desk : Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Recommend and sell spa services : Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and communicate its value to clients. Don’t worry—we’ll train you on our services!
• Provide excellent customer service : Deliver a friendly and welcoming environment for guests and members.
• Bring a positive attitude : Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness standards : Ensure the spa is pristine and welcoming.
