JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily operations in the areas of machining, welding, stripping, quality assurance, and cleaning within an aviation manufacturing or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) environment. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, safety regulations, and production schedules, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions :
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands : Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling weights up to 50 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature variations.
Equipment Operated : Common machine shop equipment, disassembly fixtures, test fixtures, common hand tools, precision measuring tools / equipment, and various general shop and office machines / equipment.
Work Location : PAG- Aviation Welding Technologies, Uxbridge, MA
Working Hours : 7 : 30 – 4 : 30

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Education / Training : High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in Welding, Machining, or Manufacturing preferred.
