Overview
Responsible for the implementation of new orders for Inovalon products and services. Answers inbound customer requests via telephone, email or any additional method of inbound communication. Document all activities per defined process and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals
- Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project
- Work with customers to lead the implementation process
- Document customer requirements and configures applications to meet customer business processes
- Work under moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment
- Answer inbound customer requests via telephone, email or any additional method of inbound communication
- Document all activities per defined process and procedures
- Keep customer and other stakeholders informed of project progress and make recommendations for implementation plans
- Organize and manage workload efficiently
- Communicate effectively about product offerings, operating systems and internal systems
- Maintain compliance with Inovalon\'s policies, procedures and mission statement
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon\'s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position
- Fulfill those responsibilities and / or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience implementing or supporting software, with high volume of transactionsExplain the importance of data security and follow processes and regulationsExperience with using of Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)Proficient in working with CRM systemsExperience with using and supporting Software as a Service (SaaS)Experience in working with Operating Systems such as Linux and WindowsExcellent verbal and written customer service skillsetAbility to communicate effectively about product offerings, operating systems and internal systemsStrong organizational skills with close attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently, assisting others as neededA strong team player with the ability to interact effectively with all parts of the organizationKnowledge of Healthcare EDI standards (ANSI X12, 835, 837, 270 / 271) and identify breakage points is preferredHealthcare IT industry is preferredHIPAA transaction code set knowledge is preferredProficient in working with Salesforce.com is preferredBi-lingual (Spanish) is preferredEducation

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Base Compensation Range
$50,000 — $56,199 USD
