Job descriptionExecuting all overnight audit and accounting procedures Balancing daily revenue reports and reconciling financial transactions Supporting front desk operations during the overnight shift Providing exceptional guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs Maintaining the safety and security of the property Ensure financial postings are accurate and align with supporting records Compile and forward requested reports to the appropriate personnel Reconcile and close daily credit card accounts and transactions Create and analyze MS Excel spreadsheets and reports Act as a liaison between accounting and lodging departments Handle guest requests and emergencies during your shift Practice ‘Exceptional Service’ skills in all guest interactions Attend scheduled meetings Set housekeeping statuses for incoming arrivals Complete additional assignments as directed for smooth operations PC computer knowledge and Excel experience required Guest service experience is essential High school diploma or GED required; accounting degree preferred 1 year of experience in a related field preferred

Your shift will be from 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM , giving you the perfect opportunity to enjoy first tracks in the morning!
