You're the go-to person locally leading the charge while staying connected with our Charlotte office. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of your location to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Coach, support, and guide your local team to deliver high-quality results.
• Conduct interviews and manage hiring needs for your location.
• Train and onboard new employees to align with EDS standards and values.
• Serve as the main contact for facility-related needs and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and team performance.
• Ensure all EDS processes, policies, and initiatives are followed.
• Communicate key updates, performance metrics, and challenges to the Charlotte office.
• Represent EDS in the local market and uphold our brand and values.
