We are seeking a talented and organized Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Atlanta. Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution.

Communicate with clients to understand their goals, expectations, and budget.

Source and manage vendors, venues, and logistics.

Create detailed event timelines, schedules, and budgets.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the event.

Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution.

Provide post-event reports, feedback, and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
