Job Title : Workforce Administrator

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Workforce Administrator to support onboarding and workforce logistics for employees assigned to construction projects nationwide. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating lodging, travel, and onboarding needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring timely completion of paperwork, compliance documents, and company orientation.

Arrange lodging, housing, and accommodations for employees assigned to construction projects across the country.

Serve as a main point of contact for new hires during their transition, addressing questions and providing support.

Maintain accurate employee records related to onboarding, travel, and accommodations.

Collaborate with HR, project managers, and field supervisors to ensure staffing and housing needs are met.

Assist with workforce scheduling, assignments, and deployment logistics as needed.

Support general administrative tasks to keep workforce operations running smoothly.

Qualifications :

1-3 years of administrative, HR, or workforce coordination experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing project needs.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in construction, staffing, or workforce housing coordination a plus.

Knowledge of HR onboarding processes and compliance requirements.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
