The Financial Planning & Analysis team, and the work we do in support of PSE's financial health, is critical in achieving this clean energy transformation. As such, we are looking for a Supervisor Budgeting Planning and Financial Performance to lead a team of six analysts that support the overall finance rhythm of the business. This role will be responsible for leading, coaching and making decisions around enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision support in partnership with the business. These decisions will directly impact our ability to deliver clean, safe and reliable energy for our customers for generations to come.

We are looking for someone that has experience leading teams in a matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing budgets and forecasts for medium to large enterprises. Successful candidates will be comfortable communicating with and presenting to Senior leaders.

Works collaboratively with leadership and assists with development of annual budgets and long-range plans.

Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all reporting related to the financial operations of the department, including forecasts and metrics.

Identifies, initiates, and drives improvements and automation in budget, forecast, and reporting processes to enable the group to function more efficiently and effectively.

Provides detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and accounting support to department leadership.

Champions proactive process improvement and problem solving.

Performs other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $83,600.00 - $202,200.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
