Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000!)

Experience

At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homes
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads
• Establish rapport and conduct needs analysis to help customers achieve the American dream

Qualifications

At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
