The Director, Social and Culture is the driver directly responsible for elevating and beefing up Arby's distinct role in culture.
The Social and Culture function sits under Integrated Marketing Communications and leads a team overseeing Social Media, Cultural Immersion, Calendar Development, Influencers, and Partnerships for the Arby's brand. This strategic leader is focused on delivering disproportionate impact and visibility in the marketplace to drive eyeballs, buzz, and evermore love / relevance for Arby's and our community of fans out in the world.
This role will lead agency relationships and work closely with cross-functional experts, including Inspire's media and PR teams.

Preferred 4 Year Degree
Master's Degree
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Social Science, etc.
7+ years of experience in leading cultural activation across social, partnership, influencer, and in-market activation. Agency and client experience is relevant.
5+ years of experience in leadership role, managing people and processes
