About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and self-driven Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. You’ll manage social media for multiple clients across a variety of industries — from Tucson-based companies to pest control brands across the U.S.
This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, storytelling, and keeping brands consistent and active online. You’ll work closely with our in-house creative team and be the main point of coordination for all social accounts under your care.
Responsibilities
Account Management
Serve as the primary coordinator for each account : scheduling posts, tracking deadlines, ensuring brand standards, and keeping communication organized.
Communicate with clients as needed for approvals, assets, and updates.
Content Creation & Posting
Plan and create content calendars for each client.
Write captions, create graphics (using Canva or similar tools), and schedule posts.
Coordinate with the creative team (photographers, videographers, designers) to gather or request content.
Stay on top of trends and platform updates to recommend new ideas and creative approaches.
Campaign Execution
Assist in brainstorming campaign ideas, monthly themes, and content strategies.
Help build engagement strategies, giveaways, and series concepts.
Track performance and prepare simple monthly reports with insights and suggestions.
Paid Advertising
Set up and help manage paid ads across Facebook / Meta, Instagram.
Monitor ad performance and communicate optimizations to the team.
Work with the internal social media department to coordinate tasks, assets, and deadlines.
Maintain organized tools, calendars, and communication channels.
Ensure clients' marketing goals align with their content strategy and campaign execution.
Qualifications
1–3 years of social media management experience (agency experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of social platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Strong writing, captioning, and brand-voice skills.
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
Comfortable coordinating with clients and team members.
Experience with paid ads (Meta / Instagram) preferred.
Photo / video experience is a plus but not required.
Experience in Canva or Adobe tools.
