Clay Production Associate : Hudson, Wisconsin

Our customer in Hudson, Wisconsin is seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join their team as Clay Production Associates to work full-time on 1st shift . This hands-on role includes assisting with clay production, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. If you're a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, this is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and productive team.

Responsibilities of the Clay Production Associate :

  • Assist with clay production and general labor tasks as assigned.
  • Apply stickers and labels to boxes, containers, and packaging materials.
  • Perform routine cleaning of production and facility areas including sweeping, restroom upkeep, and general housekeeping in both buildings.
  • Rotate between tasks to support overall production flow and cleanliness.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a neat and orderly workspace.

Clay Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Must be a dependable team player who takes pride in their work.
  • Strong physical condition required—must be able to lift, move, and stand for extended periods.
  • Must not have asthma due to work environment (dust and materials).
  • Must be neat, clean, self-confident, and hardworking.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Previous labor or warehouse experience is a plus.

    • Pay for Clay Production Associate : $18.00 / hour
