Role Description

The Operations SME for the DME vertical will serve as Tennr's subject matter expert on durable medical equipment workflows. You will partner closely with sales, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure our solutions are grounded in operational reality and deliver measurable impact for customers. This is a hands-on role for a professional who knows the complexity of payer rules, documentation requirements, inventory / delivery management, and DME operational workflows - and who can bridge that expertise into scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will :

• Partner with sales to scope realistic and actionable statements of work (SOWs) for DME clients.
• Participate in client discovery sessions to identify operational pain points and uncover process improvement opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between operations and technology, translating practical workflows into scalable product solutions.
• Ensure product requirements align with customer needs, industry regulations, and payer rules.
• Help sustain customer relationships post-sale to drive long-term success.
• Assist in developing training and knowledge-sharing sessions to internal teams on DME best practices, payer requirements, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor regulatory and payer updates that affect DME, and proactively advise internal stakeholders.
• Support implementations by validating that Tennr's solutions integrate seamlessly into existing DME operations.
