As a Senior Sales Technology Consultant at IT Voice, you’ll step into a pivotal role that blends high-level strategy with hands-on sales execution. We’re seeking a driven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and is ready to roll up their sleeves to close deals with executive-level decision-makers. Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage relationships with new prospects and clients within the telecom and IT space.
  • Actively engage in cold calling and follow a strategic multi-touch process to identify and convert leads.
  • Partner with technology experts to create customized IT solutions for businesses, focusing on recurring revenue.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets ( quotas ).
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful handoff to operations for execution.
  • Forecast sales accurately to ensure targets are met and to inform strategic planning.
  • Participate in leadership discussions and contribute to strategic sales planning.
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
  • Visit customers, attend trade shows, and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends and adjust strategies to align with client needs.

Qualifications :

  • Location : Must reside in or be able to commute to the St. Louis, MO area.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in managed IT services, VOIP, or telephony.
  • BA / BS preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of top-performing sales success, meeting quotas, with expertise in B2B sales, Telecom, or IT .
  • Strong expertise in networking, professional relationship building, and technical knowledge of IT, Cloud, Managed Hosting, VOIP, and Cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, writing, and customer service skills.
  • High level of initiative and ownership, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Compensation :

    Highly Competitive annual base salary ranging from $85,000 - $100,000 , depending on experience, plus a lucrative performance-based, uncapped commission structure.
