First Steps is Missouri’s Early Intervention system that provides services to families with children, birth to three years of age, with disabilities or developmental delays. Benchmark Human Services in the St. Louis office is seeking qualified and caring people to work as a Service Coordinator in the City of St. Louis for MO First Steps.

Salary : $49,501-$60,168 based on years of experience

Key Responsibilities :
Support Families : Enable access to vital services for infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays.Guide Eligibility : Assist in the determination process and conduct family assessments.Collaborate : Participate in Early Intervention Team (EIT) meetings and help develop, implement, and review Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).Document Progress : Accurately track and document goals and progress.Ensure Quality : Monitor service delivery to ensure timeliness and adherence to IFSP.Facilitate Transitions : Develop transition plans for children exiting the First Steps program.What You Bring :

Reliable transportationValid auto insurance and driver’s licenseBachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following : Early Childhood Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child / Human Development, Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, Nursing, or Psychology and 1 year experience working with children and families OR degree and 3 years experience working with children and familiesMeet provider enrollment qualifications for a Service CoordinatorReady to Join Us?
