Director, Design (GSV)

About the Position The Golden State Valkyries are looking for a Design Director to work within the organization's Studio team. In this role, you will lead the creative process, gain valuable experience and play an integral role in developing first class designs for the organization. We need a self-starter to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This position reports to the Executive Producer (GSV). Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide variety of cross-platform creative deliverables for various internal and external clients
• Establish and manage all design systems across the GSV brand
• Manage a team of multiple graphic designers
• Work with Marketing on full scale campaigns and evolve visual brand identity
• Develop multiple design projects at any given time and execute according to established timelines
• Ability to prioritize and track projects across the design team through creative process / project management tools
• Provide assistance with print production (i.e., set up files, file archiving, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned
