Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is needed to provide nursing support within a K-12 school environment. This contract position spans the full school year and is located in Hamilton, OH.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver direct nursing care to students, including administering medications and managing minor injuries.
- Monitor and assess student health needs throughout the school day.
- Maintain accurate health records and municate effectively with school staff and parents regarding student health concerns.
- Implement health care plans and provide health education to students as needed.
- Assist in emergency situations following established protocols.
