Dental Lab Technician

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lab Technician (Anterior Crown & Bridge).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors to review and refine case designs for optimal patient outcomes

Provide live clinical support to clinicians via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows

Facilitate cross-functional communication between doctors and lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production outcomes

Required Qualifications

5+ years in a dental technician role

3+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD / CAM design, focusing on complex anterior crown and bridge cases

Bilingual in English and Canadian French

Deep understanding of digital dental workflows for anterior crown and bridge products

Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and manage complex concerns professionally
