Job Title : Kitchen Shift Leader

Department / Group : Back of House (Kitchen)

Exempt / Non-Exempt : Non-Exempt

Reports To : General Manager

Job Summary : The Kitchen Manager is ultimately responsible for the entire kitchen operation (staffing, food, safety, sanitation and execution). The work schedule fluctuates based on business needs requiring employees to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions :

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

Preferred Skills : High school diploma or GED, strong leadership skills, multi-tasker, safety-minded, team player.

Language Skills : Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
