This role is instrumental in ensuring all new employees transition seamlessly from job offer to their first day while meeting all necessary compliance and regulatory standards. salary : $18 - $19 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Preboarding Management : Independently manage the candidate preboarding journey after offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
• Compliance Documentation : Ensure all candidates complete required pre-employment compliance documentation, including regulatory and job-specific requirements.
• Communication & Liaison : Serve as the central point of communication, effectively liaising with Talent Acquisition recruiters, TA leadership, and facility HR teams regarding candidate preboarding status and progress.
