URGENT : Housekeeper Wanted - Seeking Weekly Housekeeper For 2 Br Home + Small Adu (Laundry + Rotational Tasks)

We are looking for an experienced, reliable independent housekeeper for weekly cleaning of our 1,770 sq ft home in Seattle, plus a small (100 sq ft) ADU every other week. We are a tidy household and value consistency, communication, and attention to detail.

This is a recurring weekly position, with the option to move to a flat weekly rate after a short trial period.

Note : We have a friendly dog in the home. Candidates must be comfortable with pets.

Responsibilities :

Weekly (Main House) :

• Full cleaning of kitchen, living areas, dining room, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and 2 home offices
• Washing, drying, and folding bed sheets
• Vacuuming / mopping all floors
• Dusting surfaces
• Tidying as needed
• Cleaning dishes or running the dishwasher if needed
• Emptying trash / recycling / compost if full
• Washing interior, reachable windows

Every Other Week (ADU) :

Rotational Tasks (examples, one per week) :

Our previous housekeeper was able to complete the full job (main house ADU) in 4–5 hours, and we expect a similar timeframe.

We begin with an hourly rate during a 2–4 week trial to confirm consistent timing.

Hourly range : $20–$30 / hour, depending on experience.
