United Trades of America is seeking someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a willingness to learn and work in a CLIENT FACING ROLE WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY .
This is an entry level sales related position. Must have great interpersonal skills, good communication skills, basic computer skills, an aptitude for learning, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, and a solid work ethic.
The ideal candidate would have some background related to customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and via various communication channels.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing assistance as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and contribute to sales efforts.
- Utilize basic computer skills for administrative tasks and to access necessary information.
- Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications :
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Basic computer skills required for administrative tasks and communication.
- Aptitude for learning about the construction industry and company products / services.
- Reliable transportation for client visits and travel as necessary.
- Solid work ethic and willingness to contribute to the success of the team.
- Background in customer service or related field preferred.
