Sodexo Live! is seeking a Senior Manager, Premium Culinary Operations for an exclusive and ultra-premium club / lounge at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. What You'll Do :

• Be responsible for the culinary program within this premium / luxury lounge;
• Actively work in-service supporting the culinary team in prep, production and menu execution; with emphasis on the first-class menu;
• Creation, implementation and daily execution of all la carte, buffet and noodle station menus (seasonal);
• Work with procurement to complete costing and order guide creation;
• Innovate moments of surprise and delight by adding featured culinary menu items for special occasions;
• Write BOH schedules and ensure weekly performance to ensure budget compliance;
• Interview, hire and train all BOH new hires;
• Ensure Sodexo culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality / presentation are implemented;
• Have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety, standard compliance;
• And have a working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.
