What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any suspicious behavior or conditions.

Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry and exit at the location.

Communicate with site management, staff, and Allied Universal supervisors regarding any security-related concerns or incidents.

Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents as required by company and client protocols.

Remain alert to potential security-related hazards in and around the location and take action as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
